Editorial Policy

Bloxlore's source, verification, freshness, media, and correction standards.

Evidence labels

Verified means an official source or direct, reproducible observation supports the claim. Cross-checked means independent sources agree and conflicts have been resolved. Pending verification covers single-source material. Editor-adopted is a separate provenance note, not a fourth evidence level; it records that the site operator approved a frozen same-game reference for ordinary editorial use without presenting it as official or independently verified.

Freshness

Time-sensitive facts show when they were actually checked and which game version they apply to. A build date is not presented as an editorial update. Source failure becomes an explicit gap, not a zero value or an empty-code claim.

Original reporting

Walkthrough steps and numeric recommendations require traceable evidence. A pending source explicitly adopted by the site operator may support ordinary same-game editorial facts when its URL, snapshot hash, adoption record, coverage disposition and originality report stay attached. Codes, changing values and claims labeled verified still need direct current evidence. We reorganize and rewrite the material; we do not copy its prose, design or media, and unknown values remain unknown.

Media

We publish official platform media, permitted embeds, owned captures, or licensed assets with recorded provenance. Every essential answer must remain understandable when media fails.
